Facility rentals are available for groups looking to utilize Tapawingo’s Camp buildings and grounds for non-staffed events. Facility rentals are available for single days or overnight bookings. The Rental Policies and Information Booklet below has all the information you need.
How to Inquire about Bookings:
- Submit the form below to determine available camping dates. Available dates often fill up early.
- Camp is available for rentals in late May, June, Late August and September. *During July and August, we run our children’s overnight summer programs, so facilities are not available for rentals in July and August.
- Once we receive your booking form, we will be in touch to confirm your rental with a contract and deposit form.

Rental Fees:
Day Rate: $600
Overnight Rate: $800
Weekend Rate: Friday, 11 am to Sunday, 1 pm: $2200
Long Weekend Rate: Friday, 11 am to Monday, 1 pm: $3000
Available Late May, June, late August and September. *We run our overnight summer camp programs throughout July and August.
Deposit:
Applications for all rentals must include a damage/cancellation deposit of &500. The deposit confirms the rental reservation & ensures the date(s) will be held.
The full amount of the rental fee is due 7 days before the rental date. If the final balance is left unpaid on arrival day, the rental group will not be granted access to the site, and the deposit will be forfeited.
